• Check-in at 3PM, Check-out at 11AM.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

• Deposits are required at time of booking and are 100% for a one night stay, 50% for a two night stay and 33% for a three night or longer stay.

• We have a three night minimum stay in July and August, a two night minimum stay on regular weekends and a three night minimum stay on long weekends.

• All rates (except for the Oceanfront Suites with Kitchen) are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $10 per night.

• Must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room.

• The Surfcomber is a small, family oriented hotel. After 8 PM, we insist that our hotel is peaceful and quiet. As such, the Surfcomber is not a good venue for groups seeking a party atmosphere. Please consider one of Cape Cod’s many larger hotels for these sorts of gatherings.

• Children under the age of 8 are to stay in first floor rooms.

• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.

• We love music but we also love the sound of the ocean. Please be considerate and don't play music so others can hear it. Even on the beach.

Cancellations

• $20 service charge for all cancellations.

• Cancel more than 10 days in advanced of your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit.

• Cancel on shorter notice, refunds will be granted if we are able to re-rent your room.

• If you do not cancel, but do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the entire cost of your reserved stay.
