Check-in at 3PM, Check-out at 11AM.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Deposits are required at time of booking and are 100% for a one night stay, 50% for a two night stay and 33% for a three night or longer stay.
We have a three night minimum stay in July and August, a two night minimum stay on regular weekends and a three night minimum stay on long weekends.
All rates (except for the Oceanfront Suites with Kitchen) are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $10 per night.
Must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room.
Children under the age of 8 are to stay in first floor rooms.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.
We love music but we also love the sound of the ocean. Please be considerate and don't play music so others can hear it. Even on the beach.
$20 service charge for all cancellations.
Cancel more than 10 days in advanced of your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit.
Cancel on shorter notice, refunds will be granted if we are able to re-rent your room.
